We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services at any time if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate cancellation of your order and, where necessary, referral to relevant authorities.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our registered prescribers. Prescriptions are issued in accordance with current UK clinical guidelines and at the sole discretion of our pharmacy team.
Prescriptions cannot be transferred, resold, or used by any person other than the named patient. Any misuse of a prescription is a criminal offence under the Medicines Act 1968 and the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
We may require you to provide GP details or medical records to support your consultation. Repeating a prescription is subject to ongoing suitability review and is not guaranteed.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment gateway.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. You will always be shown the final price before confirming your order.
We do not store payment card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
Orders are sent in discreet, sealed packaging. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather, courier failures, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe location is designated. We are unable to replace or redeliver items reported lost due to an incorrect address provided by you.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the medication has not yet been dispensed or dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded under UK medicines regulations.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed.
